A connector is a secure bridge between VectorLink and one of your apps: your ERP, invoicing, a courier, email or documents. It lets the agent read from that app and, where you allow it, act in it, always with the access of the person asking. Passwords and keys stay inside the bridge and never reach the AI.

What is a skill?
A skill is a set of instructions that teaches the agent how your company does a task: issuing an invoice, preparing the weekly sales report, answering a customer about a delivery. Many skills come ready-made. The ones specific to your business, your custom instructions, we write with you during setup.
