This policy explains how Vector Development SRL handles personal data collected through the VectorLink website. It covers the website only. How we process data inside VectorLink on behalf of our customers is set out in each customer's contract and data processing agreement.
Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Vector Development SRL, CUI 42652921, registered with the Trade Register under J39/381/2020, with its registered office at Str. Unirea Principatelor 73A, cam. 1, 620006 Focșani, Vrancea, Romania.

What we collect
- When you book a demo: your name, company, work email, and, if you choose to give them, your team size, the apps your company uses and your message.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- When you visit the site: technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in our hosting provider’s server logs to keep the site working and secure.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your demo request and prepare a quote: these are steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To follow up on your request: our legitimate interest in replying to people who contacted us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep the website secure: our legitimate interest in protecting the site and its visitors (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To measure how the site is used and how our ads perform: only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw any time from Cookie settings.
- To meet legal obligations, for example accounting and tax records if you become a customer (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for decisions made solely by automated means that affect you legally or significantly.
How long we keep it
- Demo requests and related emails: up to [24 months] after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case your contract’s terms apply.
- Server logs: up to [30 days].
- Analytics data in Google Analytics: up to [14 months].
- Records we must keep by law: for as long as the law requires.
Who else sees it
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you, and only as much as they need:
- our hosting provider, Google Cloud, which runs the website in the European Union;
- our email provider, for messages we exchange with you;
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you allow those cookies.
They act on our instructions under written agreements. We may also disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it, for example from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Security
We protect personal data with access controls, encryption in transit and by giving access only to the people who need it to reply to you.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
