How pricing works
Three parts, whichever way you run it
Every plan is priced the same way. Only the company fee changes with the infrastructure you choose.
One-time setup
We sit down with you to understand how your business works, then configure the connectors and write the custom instructions your team needs. The price depends on how many connectors you use and how many custom instructions we create.
Company fee
A fixed fee for your company's environment. It depends on the infrastructure you choose: Shared, Dedicated, your cloud or your own servers.
Billed monthly or yearly, with a discount for yearly.
Price per seat
A price for each person who gets their own agent. Start with a few people and add more as your team comes on board.
Billed monthly or yearly, with a discount for yearly.
AI usage, billed separately
The AI models' usage (tokens) is billed on top, based on what your team actually uses. We work with you to find the right balance between price and performance for your work and the models available to you.

What is the difference between Shared and Dedicated?
In both, your company has its own isolated environment, and no one else can see your data. With Shared, that environment runs on servers we share between customers. With Dedicated, the servers are used only by your company: physical isolation.
Can we start on one plan and move to another later?
Yes. Your environment is built to move as a whole, so you can start in our cloud and later move to your own cloud or your own servers.
Which AI model do we get?
You choose. We can use the leading cloud models or open models running on your own servers, and switch whenever you like.
